2. What SearchScore does

SearchScore analyses publicly accessible websites and produces an AI visibility score based on signals that influence how AI search engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews) discover and cite web content.

Our scores are indicative, not definitive. AI search engine behaviour changes frequently and no tool can guarantee a specific outcome in AI-generated responses.

3. Acceptable use

You may use SearchScore to:

• Audit websites you own or have permission to analyse
• Understand AI visibility signals for educational purposes
• Generate reports for your clients (Agency tier)

You must not:

• Audit websites without authorisation from the owner
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract our scoring data
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse our free tier or circumvent rate limits
• Resell our reports without an active Agency subscription

4. Paid plans and billing

Full Report (£97) - one-off payment, lifetime access to the report for that URL at time of purchase.

Monthly Monitor (£49/month) - recurring subscription, cancel any time. Access continues until end of the current billing period.

Agency Pro (£299/month) - recurring subscription, cancel any time. Requires application and approval.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

5. Refund policy

Due to the digital and immediate nature of our reports, we do not offer refunds on completed Full Report purchases unless the report failed to deliver due to a technical error on our part.

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at [email protected].

6. Intellectual property

The SearchScore scoring methodology, software, brand, and all content on searchscore.io is owned by Product Specialists LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Reports you purchase are licensed for your own use or (for Agency subscribers) for delivery to your clients. You may not resell individual reports.

7. Accuracy and disclaimers

SearchScore analyses publicly available signals. We cannot account for:

• Content behind logins or paywalls
• Changes made to AI search engine algorithms after a scan
• Factors outside the 55+ signals we currently measure

Our scores are provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no guarantee that improving your SearchScore will result in increased citations in AI-generated responses.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Product Specialists LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of SearchScore, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Data and privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Third-party services

SearchScore integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Brevo (email). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms of service.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SearchScore after changes constitutes your acceptance. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
