Private offer · 5 UK accountancy practices

We audited 200 UK accountancy practices across Birmingham and Manchester. Only 6 are visible to AI search. Want to be the seventh?

73% of B2B buyers now use AI in their research before they ever make contact. The firms being recommended in those AI answers aren't bigger than their competitors. They're more readable to AI than their competitors. We've built a four-week programme that closes the gap – and the first five UK accountancy firms to sign get it for £2,500 instead of £4,500.

No ICAEW, ACCA or AAT compliance issues. The audit measures technical aspects of your website. Publishing the scores is no different to publishing a Google review. We covered this with our regulated clients before we built it.

We measured every firm publicly.

We've now audited 100 Birmingham and 100 Manchester accountancy practices using the same scoring framework anyone can run for free at searchscore.io. The averages across both cities are within a point of each other – AI search invisibility isn't a regional quirk, it's a UK industry pattern. Methodology, named leaders and anonymised laggards published in full for both cities.

Three findings separated the leaders.

Across 200 UK accountancy firms in Birmingham and Manchester, the same three patterns appear. None of them are size, age, reputation or marketing spend. They're technical website changes – and they're what we ship in the four-week programme.

Finding 01 · The Author Paradox
Firms name their experts. AI can't read who they are.
Across both cities, 137 firms display partner names on their site. Only 13 label those names in a way AI can read (Author Person schema). The rest show "John Smith, Partner" without telling AI whether John is a senior chartered accountant or a junior writer. The credentials are visible. The proof of expertise is invisible.
Finding 02 · The Top Tier
Only six firms across two cities scored 70+.
Five in Birmingham (Thames Williams, Gondal, Naseems, RR Accountants, Prime Accountants). One in Manchester (Intertax). Six firms out of 200 are clearly AI-visible. Everyone else is competing for the same invisibility – and the leaders have specific, copiable foundations in place.
Finding 03 · The LinkedIn Gap
138 firms have no LinkedIn presence at all.
AI engines use LinkedIn presence as a credibility signal – verified partners, active engagement, recent posts. Across both cities, 138 of 200 firms have voluntarily made themselves invisible to that layer of authority. Birmingham 68%, Manchester 70% – the pattern is consistent UK-wide.

The £4,500 Programme. At £2,500.

No clipped scope. No "starter version." Exactly what every other client gets – we discount it because we need five named accountancy case studies, and you happen to read this page early.

AI Visibility Programme · 4 weeks · Done-for-you

Three scores. One team. We ship the fixes.

  • Full audit across GEO Score, SEO Score and CRO Score – 250+ signals
  • llms.txt and AI crawler configuration – so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI can read your site properly
  • Person schema for every partner – so AI can identify who works at the firm, what they specialise in, and what they're qualified in
  • Service, FAQ, and Organisation schema deployed – clean, labelled information AI engines can extract on one pass
  • Technical SEO fixes – Core Web Vitals, indexability, the lot
  • Conversion quick wins shipped – the things actually costing you enquiries from the visitors you already have
  • Every fix that moves your score, shipped by us. Not a top-5. Not a top-10. If the diagnosis finds it and it'll move the needle in four weeks, we ship it.
  • AI citation baseline – 10 brand queries across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews
  • Citation Tracker access for the programme – weekly readings of where your firm is being cited as we work
  • Final score movement report + roadmap for what comes next
The guarantee · identical to the £4,500 version

"We guarantee your GEO, SEO and CRO scores all improve within 30 days, or we work for free until they do."

The discount doesn't buy out the guarantee. If your scores don't all improve in 30 days, we keep working at no additional cost until they do. Same protection as the £4,500 version. The risk sits with us.

Three things, bounded.

Standard founding-client terms. Each one is finite, you approve everything that goes public, and it's the entire reason the price is £2,500 not £4,500.

01
Permission to publish your scores.
Before-and-after. On searchscore.io, in case studies, in outreach. You approve the wording before anything goes live.
02
A 15-minute video testimonial.
Five questions, recorded on a Zoom call after the work ships. We edit. You approve the cut before publication.
03
Up to 2 reference calls in year one.
A prospect rings you for ten minutes. You tell them what working with us was like. Capped at two calls in the first 12 months.

Four weeks, start to finish.

Day 0

You book the 30-minute founding call.

We walk through your current scores together, cover the programme, answer anything. If it's a fit, we lock the kickoff date and send the invoice on the call. If it isn't, you leave with a clear roadmap of what to do anyway.

Within 7 days

Kickoff and invoice.

If it's a fit, we kick off within 7 days of the call. Invoice for £2,500 – half upfront, half on completion. You fill a 5-minute brief covering site access and any constraints we need to know.

Week 1

Full audit, citation baseline, fix list prioritised.

Citation Tracker access live from day one. Weekly readings of where your firm is being cited (or not) across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews.

Weeks 2–3

We ship the fixes.

Technical foundations first – Person schema for every partner, llms.txt, structured services, Core Web Vitals. Then the conversion work. You watch the tracker move in real time.

Week 4

Re-audit and final report.

Score movement, citation change, roadmap. Testimonial recorded the same week if scores have moved.

Day 30

Guarantee check-in.

We confirm all three scores have improved. If any haven't, we keep working until they do. No additional cost.

Save us both a call if this isn't right.

Right fit if
  • UK accountancy practice, 2–10 partners
  • Trading 5+ years with a real website
  • Already spending on marketing – wanting better return
  • Comfortable being named publicly as a case study
  • You can make the buying decision (or pitch it internally)
Wrong fit if
  • Sole-trader bookkeeper or pre-launch
  • You'd rather stay private (standard £4,500 Programme on the main site)
  • You want a DIY playbook – this is done-for-you
  • Looking for guaranteed rankings on specific keywords (nobody can promise that)
If you're the marketing lead, not the partner: book the call anyway. The founding offer is fine to take to your partners – we'll send you a one-page brief after the call you can forward internally. Most founding bookings start with a marketing lead championing it.

Common questions.

Why so cheap? What's the catch?

No catch. We're new in the accountancy sector and we need named case studies more than we need the extra £2,000. Once we have five, the offer closes and the price moves back to £4,500. That's it.

Is the work actually the same as the £4,500 version?

Yes. Same team, same scope, same hours, same guarantee. The only difference is what we publish at the end. If you'd rather stay private, the £4,500 version is on the main site – no other changes.

Have you worked with an accountancy practice before?

The methodology works across industries – it's about making your site readable to AI engines, which doesn't change between SaaS and accountancy. What we've built specifically for accountancy: Person schema templates for ACA/ACCA/AAT-qualified partners, FAQ patterns for common accountancy queries (VAT registration, tax thresholds, Making Tax Digital), service-page structure for the standard accountancy offering. The first five founding clients get the benefit of being the priority. That's why the price is what it is.

Does publishing our scores create any ICAEW, ACCA or AAT compliance issues?

No. The scores measure technical aspects of your website – schema markup, llms.txt, Core Web Vitals, citation rate, conversion structure. Publishing those is no different to publishing a Google review or Trustpilot score. We don't publish client data, financial information, or anything covered by professional confidentiality. If you have specific compliance questions, we cover them on the call before kickoff.

How many of the 5 spots are left?

We confirm exact remaining spots on the call. If you're reading this page, there's still space. If you've been told about this offer in a recent conversation, it's still live but the clock matters.

I'm not the partner – I'm the marketing lead. Should I book?

Yes. Most founding bookings start with a marketing lead championing it internally. We send you a one-page brief after the call that you can forward to your managing partners – covers what the Programme delivers, what it costs, what's guaranteed, and your firm's specific score gap. You don't have to memorise the call or re-pitch it. We've done the pitch for you.

Do I keep the Citation Tracker after the Programme?

Tracker access is complimentary for the four weeks we're working together. If you continue with the Monthly Growth Service afterwards, tracker access continues with it. If you don't, access ends at the end of the Programme – but you keep all reports and data we generated.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

Most clients move onto the Monthly Growth Service to defend and grow what we've built. It's optional. No auto-renewal, no contract trick. The founding price is for the Programme only – you're not committing to anything beyond that.

Can I see what the work looks like before I book?

Yes – run your free audit at searchscore.io. No email needed. The Programme starts with the same audit and our team then ships every fix it identifies. We'd actually prefer you ran it before the call – we'll have more to talk about.

Five spots. Same guarantee. £2,500.

If your scores are low, this is the least expensive serious help you'll find. If they're already high, this is the least expensive way to defend them properly. The maths is straightforward either way.
