HighLevel Partner Programme Terms

1. Who we are

The programme is run by Product Specialists Ltd, trading as SearchScore, London, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You ("the partner") are the person or business approved to join it.

2. Joining

1. You apply at searchscore.io/highlevel/partners. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion.
2. You are a partner only once we approve you and send your referral link. Applying does not make you a partner.
3. You sign in to your partner portal at searchscore.io/partners/login with your SearchScore account (Google, email and password, or an emailed link) using the email address your approval was sent to.

3. Referrals and credit

1. An agency is credited to you when it installs the free SearchScore app for HighLevel after following your referral link.
2. Your link stays valid for an agency for 90 days from its first visit.
3. First touch wins. An agency is credited to the first partner whose link it used, and that credit does not move to a later partner.
4. We do not credit: your own agency or accounts (self-referral); an agency that was already a paying SearchScore customer; referrals made while your account is suspended; or referrals we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

4. What you earn

Commission is a share of the money we actually collect from the agency, after discounts and excluding tax. It starts once the referred agency has completed setup in the app.

• Subscriptions: 20% of the agency's subscription payments, for as long as the agency keeps paying. This rises to 25% on subscription payments once you have 5 or more referred agencies currently paying, and returns to 20% if that number falls below 5.
• AI Recommendation Tests: 20% of what the agency pays for them, for 12 months from when the agency completed setup.
• Playbooks: 20% of a Playbook a referred agency buys in the HighLevel app at $179, or 50% of a Playbook bought at the full price (£295, $349 or €349). The rate follows the price the Playbook was offered at; the commission is on what the agency paid.
• Qualified Install Bonus: $10, once per referred agency, when the agency has completed setup and kept the app connected for 61 days in a row since its latest install. Uninstalling resets the 61 days. The agency does not have to buy anything.
• First paying agency bonus: when the first agency you refer starts a paid SearchScore plan within 30 days of installing the app through your link, you earn a one-off $25 bonus. One per partner. It follows the same pending period, refund and payout rules as your other earnings.

5. Getting paid

1. New earnings are pending for 30 days, so refunds and chargebacks can land, and then become payable.
2. We pay once your payable balance is at least $50. Smaller balances carry forward.
3. Payouts are in US dollars, by PayPal or Wise, to the payout details you enter in your partner portal. You are responsible for keeping them correct.
4. We pay monthly, by the 15th, for balances payable at the end of the previous month, as long as the balance is at least $50. A smaller balance carries forward to the next month.
5. You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for an invoice or tax details before paying.

6. Refunds and reversals

If we refund an agency, or a payment is charged back, the commission on that payment is reversed. If it was already paid, we deduct it from your future payouts. We keep a full record of every earning and reversal, and your portal shows it.

7. How you may promote SearchScore

When you promote SearchScore:

• Be honest. No misleading claims about results, pricing or what the app does, and no implying you are SearchScore or HighLevel.
• Say that you earn commission when you recommend us (as advertising rules in the UK, US and elsewhere require).
• No spam, no bought email lists, and no messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
• No paid search ads on "SearchScore" or close variations of our brand.
• No fake, incentivised or self-made installs.
• Follow HighLevel's own marketplace and community rules.

8. Suspension and closure

1. We may suspend your account if we believe these terms have been broken. While suspended, new referrals are not credited.
2. If a referral qualifies for the Qualified Install Bonus while you are suspended and we reinstate you, you receive it then.
3. We may close your account for serious or repeated breaches or fraud. Earnings from fraudulent activity are forfeited; other payable earnings are paid out in the next payout run.
4. You may leave at any time by telling us. Earnings already payable are paid in the next payout run; recurring commission stops when you leave.

9. What you can see

Your portal shows each referred agency by company name, its progress (installed, set up, paying), and your earnings and payouts. You never see a referred agency's contacts, prospects, CRM data or scan results. That information belongs to the agency.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms with 7 days' notice by email. Changes do not reduce commission already earned.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
