Is the audit really free?+
Yes. You see all three scores (GEO, SEO, CRO) instantly with no payment and no account. The prioritised fix lists for each discipline require an email so we can send them to you.
What's the difference between the Tracker and the Audit?+
The free audit is a point-in-time diagnosis with fix lists you implement yourself. The Tracker is ongoing software that monitors your AI citations, sentiment, and competitor positioning week after week. Most subscribers run the audit first, then move to the Tracker to monitor changes.
How is SearchScore different from Profound, Otterly or other AI citation tools?+
Most AI citation tools tell you whether AI mentioned you. SearchScore measures the whole funnel: AI visibility, SEO, and whether the traffic actually converts. We also publish prioritised fix lists for all three disciplines and offer done-for-you implementation with a 30-day score-improvement guarantee. We're newer than Profound but the methodology covers more ground.
How do I qualify for the free Founders' Tracker tier?+
Apply via the invite request form. The Founders' tier is invite-only and limited to a working cross-section of businesses. We curate the cohort to get useful product feedback at this stage.
What's the ROI? When do I see results?+

Not currently. We're focused on direct relationships at this stage so we can iterate on the product based on customer feedback. We do work with agencies as a Growth Service partner.
